They also described the latest developments concerning the project, namely, the Estonian Government is expected to make a decision about the application to initiate the preparation of a national designated spatial plan by 28 February.
Ülemiste City’s developer Mainor Ülemiste AS’s subsidiary, Öpiku Majad OÜ, signed a loan agreement with SEB Bank for a loan of EUR 39.5 million.
