Mainor Ülemiste AS hereby announces that on 10 June it will redeem in full all 50,000 issued bonds (ISIN EE3300002138) with a total nominal value of EUR 5 million at maturity.
The audited consolidated annual report of 2025 were approved on 1 June 2026 by the Annual General Meeting Of Shareholders Of Mainor Ülemiste AS.
In March 2026, Mainor Ülemiste AS (hereinafter Mainor Ülemiste) issued unsecured 4-year bonds with a nominal value of EUR 1,000 and a fixed annual interest rate of 6% in a total amount of EUR 9,614,000. The bonds were offered to Baltic investors through a private placement.

Mainor Ülemiste AS Plans Bond Issue
Mainor Ülemiste AS announces its intention to issue bonds in 2026. In cooperation with Redgate Capital, a bond program is being prepared, which will be distributed as a private placement to selected investors in the Baltics.
Mainor Ülemiste AS subsidiary TÜC Majad OÜ and Swedbank have signed a 30-million-euro loan agreement to finance the construction of a 13-storey office building with an A-energy class and gross area of 27 300 square metres in the Ülemiste City at Lõõtsa 1 B/C.
The construction tender for the Viktor Masing office building was won by AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, which will build a 13-storey office building with an A-energy class of 27,300 square metres of gross area at Lõõtsa 1 B/C. The total investment cost is approximately 48 million euros excluding VAT, and the construction is financed by Swedbank.

€18 Million Investment Makes Ülemiste City the Largest Privately Funded Health Campus in the Baltics
Mainor Ülemiste AS is investing €18 million in the construction of Ülemiste City’s third Health Centre. The new seven-storey building will expand the health cluster’s total area to over 27,000 square metres, securing Ülemiste City’s position as the largest privately funded health campus in the Baltics. The main contractor for Health Centre 3 is Fund Ehitus OÜ.
As of May, Tanel Olek has joined the management board of Mainor Ülemiste AS. He previously held the position of Sales Director at Mainor Ülemiste.
Long-time Ülemiste City developer Sten Pärnits has been appointed by the supervisory board of AS Mainor Ülemiste to chair the company’s Management Board from 1 May 2025. Pärnits comes from a broad-ranging educational background and has extensive experience in the strategic management of Ülemiste City.
With a third health centre to be completed in the first half of 2027, Ülemiste City is set to become the largest private health cluster anywhere in the Baltic States. The anchor tenant in the new building will be the state-of-the-art Pihlakodu nursing home.
